Overview

Squid ink risotto served with pan-fried baby squid, rocket leaves and a lemon zest gremolata. Pan fried sea bass with braised Swiss chard and dressed with a sauce of garlic, anchovies, herbs, mustard and olive oil. Crumbly gluten free, orange polenta cake with sweet vanilla mascarpone and a Cointreau drizzle.
