Overview

King prawns skewers marinated in cumin, lemon juice, paprika coriander and served with rocket salad. A mildly spiced lamb and apricot tagine served with preserved lemon and pomegranate couscous. Unleavened flatbreads flavoured with cumin, fresh coriander and olive oil. A moist pistachio cake with an orange glaze, served with a light orange and cinnamon cream.
