The Geffrye's year-long gardening and arts project for older people with additional needs and their carers. Using the museum gardens as inspiration, the project aims to encourage lifelong learning, links with nature and contribute to each individual's sense of wellbeing. Weekly sessions were carefully designed to be accessible for older people, many of whom face physical and sensory difficulties. The project was given the title of 'Evergreen Gardeners' by its participants and the display charts its journey.
