In This World at Museum Of London Docklands
Overview
Harrowing account of a young Afghan refugee seeking asylum in the UK, bypassing all the legal channels to gain entry to the country. Jamal Udin Torabi and older boy Enayatullah leave their home in Peshawar in the North West province of Pakistan and head for Europe, the gateway to their final destination: Britain. The men risk life and limb to complete their journey, passing through Iran, Turkey, Italy and France, and ending up hanging on the underside of a Channel Tunnel freight train.
