Overview
The Royal Academy of Arts explores the cultural renaissance which took place in Mexico during and after the revolution.
The exhibition explores the responses by artists to the political turmoil and the public arts projects promoted by the government.
As well as the work of prominent Mexican artists Diego Rivera, José Clemente Orozco and David Alfaro Siqueiros, the exhibition will also include Mexican inspired work by international artists, including Josef Albers, Henri Cartier-Bresson, Henrietta Shore, Tina Modotti and Edward Weston.
