Explore fresh and exciting works from a diverse range of artists at Royal Academy of Arts' Summer Exhibition.

The major exhibition has an illustrious history, having helped many famous artists on their first steps towards success since its inception in 1769. Any artist is eligible to enter, no matter whether they are established or completely new to the art world.

Coordinated by painter, printmaker and Royal Academician Eileen Cooper, the exhibition features artists from all around the world. Discover artworks in a range of mediums by Isaac Julien, Hassan Hajjaj, Gilbert & George, Marina Abramović, Wolfgang Tillmans and Jim Dine.

Other highlights include a moving sculpture from Yinka Shonibare that stands at more than 19 feet (six metres) in height and the first piece of performance art to be displayed at the annual showcase.
