Neil Innes at The Half Moon Putney
Overview
Neil Innes is an English singer/songwriter of comic songs, best known for his collaborative work with Monty Python and for playing in the Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band and later the Rutles. He wrote 'I'm the Urban Spaceman', which was a hit for the Bonzos in 1968 and got to No. 5 in the UK charts. Innes also won an Ivor Novello Award for the song. The record was produced by one 'Apollo C. Vermouth'. A Beatle perchance?
