The veteran Canadian rock outfit perform songs from their latest album We Are All The Same. Though the band may not be widely known in the UK they are considered influential in their native Canada. The band have enjoyed consistent success since their beginnings in 1983 winning several awards including the 1999 Juno Awards for their 1998 album Phantom Power and the 2001 Juno Awards for their 2000 album Music At Work. In 2005 they were inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame which goes very well with their star on the Canadian Walk Of Fame. Since forming in the 1980s the group have developed their own distinct performance style and gained something of a reputation for their high octane shows. Their latest work presents a distinctly mature side to the band's musical style and features lyrics that explore up-to-the-minute political and global issues as well as allowing the listener to examine their own self worth. With high energy performances and thought-provoking lyrics these Canadian rockers appeal to a wide audience.
