Overview

A simple starter of smoked mackerel pate. Serve with crusty bread or Melba toast for a great start to a meal or just as a snack with drinks. Baby chicken with a buttery tarragon flavoured breadcrumb stuffing and served with the roasting juices and a hint of truffle oil. Perfectly cooked green beans tossed in a garlic and shallot compound butter. Ideal served with roast chicken, steak or salmon. Traditional roast potatoes cooked in duck or goose fat until golden. A great British winter dessert served with butterscotch sauce and clotted cream.
