Overview

A light shellfish starter of fresh mussels cooked with a garlic and fennel butter sauce. The chef's cut of choice. Rib-eye steak served with pan fried new potatoes and bearnaise sauce. A rich chocolate and hazelnut cream served with whipped coffee flavoured cream and light hazelnut financiers.
