We are offering you the chance to learn how to dance like the Moulin Rouge girls you see in fashionable Paris. Using props such as chairs and boas are only the start of your experience. Learn fun routines from the famous hit film, Moulin Rouge in a relaxed and stimulating environment. You will have the opportunity to master the style of Burlesque and to work on your confidence and femininity. This workshop is great for beginners, as well as students with a little dance experience. Exact workshop content may differ depending on the needs of the group, though topics covered will generally include:- Understand posture and awareness of your body in space - including centre work - Control of body - lines of arms, legs and head - Learn basic combination of steps - Perform a selection of choreographies - Learn the technique behind Burlesque.
