Overview

When Marc Israel drove south from Northampton, Massachusetts it wasn't to make a movie about an eccentric museum in Austin, Texas or a motorbike balancing contest in Asia. He drove south with the intention of killing himself in Mexico. The curators at Austin's Museum of Ephemerata however nursed Israel back to mental health.
