This drawing course at the Queens gallery takes it’s inspiration from northern European art, and in particular from the portraiture and figure drawing of Holbein. Taught by Marcus Cornish, from The Prince's Drawing School faculty, the course will include privileged curatorial insight, drawing from the exhibition and from a model. It will create an understanding and experience of the artifice that the Renaissance heralded for northern Europe, and of art prompted by an eye ravenous for detail and clarity.
