Overview
Caramelised goats' cheese salad with candied walnuts, lambs lettuce and walnut dressing. Pan fried chicken breast cooked with a mustard marinade and served with potatoes and a baby leaf salad with a vinegar and mustard dressing. Classic French crêpes served with a cinnamon and Grand Marnier drizzle and fresh orange segments.
