Overview
Vadas are fried spiced potato balls coated in gram flour batter. Mildly spiced chicken curry cooked in a yogurt and butter sauce served with a very traditional rice. A simple and easy chickpea curry recipe with onion, tomatoes and a flavoursome combination of spices. Spiced eggs with spinach and tomato served in a grilled flatbread.
