Overview
Cornfed chicken supreme filled with garlic butter, breadcrumbed and baked until crispy. Crushed waxy potatoes with smoked bacon lardons and spring onions. Served with a simple watercress salad. A classic west country dessert made with spiced apples and served with thick vanilla custard. Lightly poached salmon, mixed with brown shrimps and dill butter served with crunchy olive oil bread and rocket.
