Overview
A real winter warmer. French onion soup made with veal stock and served with a grilled Gruyere cheese croute. Crispy cod served on a bed of Puy lentils with a brown butter sauce with parsley, capers and lemon juice. A classic French recipe consisting of a soft poached pear and served with a rich hot chocolate sauce. Small shell shaped chocolate flavoured sponge cakes, a perfect after dinner treat.
