June Half Term Family Activities at London Wetland Centre
Overview
A June session to spot fluffy ducklings at WWT London Wetland Centre. Meet the family of friendly farmyard ducklings face to face and watch these newly-hatched ducklings taking their first swim in their very own pool. The team is on hand to explain how the ducklings have developed and talks about their behaviour and habitats. The session includes daily interactive duckling activities to find out more about the fluffy characters and join in with some special duckling games. Take a stroll around the beautiful nature reserve with one of the WWT team to spot wild ducklings and chicks. From mallards and tufted ducks to swans and moorhens there are plenty of busy bird families diving, dabbling and pecking for food among the lakes and ponds. Spot dragonflies and lizards, and colourful wild flowers.
