Elspeth Hanson, Julia Thornton: Not So Silent Movies at Kings Place

Sunday afternoon hit Not So Silent Movies... brings a treat for all ages from kids to those who remember watching these classic silent films in their youth. The utterly fantastic NSSM house band will be joined by special guests Elspeth Hanson, fiddle player extraordinaire and star of the Beijing Olympics Closing Ceremony, and wizard harpist and percussionist, Julia Thornton, to perform spontaneous soundtracks to the world’s greatest silent films without watching the films or rehearsing in advance!
