Ballet Level 2 at The Place

These classes are intended to expand the dancer’s knowledge and performance skills by improving classical technique, a more dynamic range of movement and musical phrasing. These classes offer a progression from the Level 1 ballet class and are also suitable for participants with experience who are returning to dance. Josephine Darvill-Mills trained at The Royal Ballet School before graduating from London Studio Centre. In her varied career she has worked in various productions such as The Most Incredible Thing and In The Spirit Of Diaghilev by Javier De Frutos, Forgetting Natasha Heather Eddington, Van Cleef and Arpels at Buckingham Palace by Will Tuckett, Pinocchio at ROH2 and in Cabaret the Musical, choreographed by Javier De Frutos. She has taught for several outreach programmes for these productions and worked as an assistant choreographer for Ben Hur Live with Liam Steel. She has also worked as a dancer for music videos No You Girls for Franz Ferdinand and The Girls for Calvin Harris, choreographed by Steven Hoggart.
