The Ghost at BFI Southbank

Overview
When a successful British ghost-writer (Ewan McGregor) agrees to complete the memoirs of former British Prime Minister Adam Lang (Pierce Brosnan), his agent assures him it's the opportunity of a lifetime. The project however seems doomed from the start because his predecessor on the project, Lang's long-term aide, dies in an unfortunate accident. When the Ghost writer flies over to America, Lang is accused of authorising the illegal seizure of suspected terrorists and handing them over for torture by the CIA. This accusation of a war crime and Lang's alleged collaboration with his super rich American allies leads to suggestions that the Ghost's predecessor was murdered because of the appalling truth he uncovered.
