For LGBT History Month, acclaimed author Stephen Bourne’s illustrated talk will celebrate some of the gay men who helped Britain to win the Second World War. Using a plethora of film and television clips, Stephen will highlight the Battle of Britain hero Wing Commander Ian Gleed; prisoner of war Dudley Cave; Quentin Crisp; entertainer Noël Coward; photographer Cecil Beaton; film director Anthony Asquith, and many more.
