Overview
Peter Jackson's classic zombie horror-comedy about Lionel, a shy young man whose overbearing mother turns into a zombie after being bitten by a rat-monkey. Not wanting his newfound love-interest to find out that his deceased mother has returned from the dead and infecting more villagers, Lionel busies himself hiding the zombies in his mothers house. As the zombies grow in number the film spirals into a blood-filled gore fest, with a violent finale.
