Acting on Screen at The Actors Centre

Aimed at actors who are either new to, or have very little experience of working in front of the camera, this one-day workshop will help demystify the process and protocols of filming. Actors will have the opportunity to work in front of and behind the camera, thereby encountering the purpose and effect of shots, whilst exploring some of the techniques that can help produce an honest and engaging on-screen performance. By the end of the day, participants will have a greater understanding of how a film set works and more insight and confidence about acting on screen.
