Illustrating Books at The British Library
Overview
Classic texts adorned with superb illustrations are as popular as ever. At this event, three artists who have brought to life books for The Folio Society - leading publishers of special editions - talk about the process of visualising stories and creating the images that match and enhance them. Before and after the discussion a diverse group of new illustrators will also be working live, to showcase even more of the innumerable forms this skill can take.
