Be inspired by some of the greatest creative talents in the world with Designs of the Year 2015 at the Design Museum. The annual event, now in its eighth year, covers all areas of design from around the world, looking for creations that show innovation and originality.
All of the entrants are the result of design projects that have taken place over the last year, with the main fields of interest being architecture, digital, fashion, product, graphics and transport. Leading design experts, academics and practitioners have put forward their suggestions, creating a long list that has been whittled down to 70 of the best items, all of which are on display here for the public to admire.
With previous winners including folding plugs and the London 2012 Olympic Torch, there are sure to be many ideas here that will gain pride of place in the museums of the future.
