Remedies from your garden - From nettles to narcissi, this one day course explores the traditions and science of plant medicine with Medical Herbalist Lara Bernays. In a practical workshop, exploring the use of garden plants as home remedies, Lara will be sharing the recipes to some of her favourite Spring remedies, including how to make your own Spring tonic. How to grow plants as remedies, from garden design to harvesting.
