The Gruffalo's Child at Rose Theatre
Overview
This is a musical adapatation of the sequel to the best-selling book 'The Gruffalo'. The Gruffalo's Child focuses on the Gruffalo's side of the story as he tells his daughter about 'the big bad mouse' that scared him in the first story. Intrigued, she tacks down the mouse, meeting some familiar faces along the way, and he tricks her into thinking he is 'big and bad' by making himself appear larger by the light of the moon. With some charming musical numbers, this is a must see for fans of the original classic.
