Coronation Festival at Buckingham Palace
Overview
The gardens of Buckingham Palace will be opened to the public this summer for a unique festival celebrating the 60th anniversary of The Queen's coronation.
More than 200 companies with the Royal Warrant of Appointment will showcase their wares in four entertainment and shopping areas:
- Food and drink
- Design and technology
- Homes and gardens
- Style, pursuits and pastimes
In the evening, the palace gardens will host a Coronation Gala starring UK music and dance talent, including Katherine Jenkins and Russell Watson, as well as performers from across the Commonwealth. Tickets for the evening gala have now sold out.
Royal Warrants of Appointment are a mark of recognition for those who have supplied goods or services for at least five years to the households of The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh or The Prince of Wales.
