About

See Disney's classic Fantasia accompanied by the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra at the Royal Albert Hall this November.

A combination of the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra and the magical work of Disney are the irresistible draw at this memorable treat for the senses.

Played out on the big screen, the classic visuals of Disney's animated masterpiece are complemented by the beautiful sound of a live orchestra in full flight.

Choice moments from the original 1940 cut of Fantasia have been lovingly combined with the more recent re-issue to form a magnificent repertoire of unforgettable moments, including Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker Suite (performed and screened simultaneously for the first time in the UK), Ponchielli's Dance of the Hours (the great ballet of hippos, elephants and ostriches) and of course Dukas' Sorcerer's Apprentice, in which a hapless Mickey Mouse dabbles in things best left to the likes of a professional magician.
