New Year's Eve Fireworks at Trafalgar Square
Overview
Promising ever more spectacular displays each year, the Mayor’s free New Year's Eve fireworks along The Thames, are a theatrical performance of light and sound all on their own. Regularly featuring on the BBC's New Year's Eve coverage, undoubtedly the best place to stand is on the Embankment, opposite the London Eye. However space here is popular and limited, so anywhere on either side where you can see the wheel is recommended. Or why not watch on the big screen, at the traditional London New Year's location: Trafalgar Square.
