A quick blini recipe that requires no proving. Served with creme fraiche and smoked salmon. Caramelised goats' cheese salad with candied walnuts, lambs lettuce and walnut dressing. Pan-fried barbary duck breast served with seared foie gras, a velvety celeriac purée, poached pears and a vanilla drizzle. A rich dessert of panettone cooked in a vanilla custard with Marsala soaked raisins. Served with a dollop of Cornish clotted cream.
