Mark Thomas: Bravo Figaro! at Leicester Square Theatre
Overview
Often to be found manning the baricades of political protest, before coming inside to describe his exploits, a show about Opera is probably the last thing you'd be expecting from Mark Thomas. However after his father’s development of Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, Thomas found himself reflecting on his relationship with his self employed builder (and opera loving) Dad. It turns out that opera has much to say about family, love, death and art, particularly when you take three opera singers to Bournemouth to put on a concert in your father’s living room! Told by one of the best storytellers around, this promises a moving and inspiring evening, all about family bonds and the power of art.
