Overview

Parfait of chicken liver and foie gras served with madeira jelly and toasted brioche. Grilled oysters with a home made coriander, parsley and shallot butter. Roasted fillet steak with a creamy horseradish flavoured potato gratin with honeyed parsnips and seared foie gras. Shortcrust pastry tarts filled with homemade frangipane and prunes soaked in cognac.
