London A Cappella Festival 2013 at Kings Place

The London A Cappella Festival 2013 will showcase some of the best of choral, jazz and contemporary ensembles, with music ranging from choral masterpieces to jaw-dropping beatbox and Nordic folk to retro pop. Headline acts include the slick vocal stunts of The Magnets, the virtuosic Rajaton from Finland, cornerstones of the British choral scene The King's Singers as well as festival hosts the Swingle Singers, who will be kicking off their 50th anniversary celebrations. There will also be performances by leading university choral group the Choir of Clare College Cambridge, Danish vocal innovators Postyr, and Canadian favourites Retrocity. In addition, there will be a series of workshops, foyer performances, talks and interactive events throughout the festival.
