Overview
Bach: Violin Concerto in E, Violin Concerto in A minor, Air ‘on the G String’, Concerto for Two Violins in D minor; Vivaldi: ‘Summer’ from Four Seasons, Concerto for Two Violins in A minor. Presented on BBC Radio Three as a winner of the Young Artist Forum in 1994, Joshua Fisher has since appeared in the major concert halls throughout the UK. He has performed the violin solo in Schnittke’s Concerto Grosso No.4 in the Royal Festival Hall, as well as Beethoven’s Triple Concerto with the Philharmonia Orchestra at St John‘s Smith Square. He has also given concerts as violin/director and soloist with the Northern Sinfonia and toured Italy , Spain and France performing concertos and chamber music recitals.
