From Visual to Verbal: Approaches to Two Texts at The Actors Centre

In a weeklong course, Kate Saxon will work with two pieces she has directed for ETT to address two very different sorts of acting challenge. Far From The Madding Crowd (UK Tour 2008) will be used to look at visual solutions in staging an adaptation and how to create dramatic staging through physical work. The second half of the week will look at a very different piece in Stoppard’s The Real Thing (UK Tour 2012).
