Cirque du Soleil's Kooza at the Royal Albert Hall
Overview
Cirque du Soleil is returning to the Royal Albert Hall with its sensational show, Kooza, which is coming to the UK for the first time.
Since its premiere in April of 2007, Kooza has captivated almost four million spectators with its blend of acrobatic performance and clowning.
Performed by 53 artists, Kooza tells the story of The Innocent, who is searching for his place in the world through contortionists, trapeze-artists and the high wire.
One of the show's most nerve-jangling acts is the Wheel of Death, which features two men running in place atop a rapidly spinning steel sphere – an feat that Cirque du Soleil has never before presented under the big top.
