Mari l'Anson celebrates all the years which have been filled with the wonder and opportunities to pursue her art. Whether worked in watercolour, oil or acrylic, there is always the sense of ‘being there’ which makes her paintings so appreciated. Her landscapes bring earth and flora to life; her figures fit

\ncomfortably in their environment. Travelling for three months every year - to Spain, Thailand, Singapore, Canada, India, Mexico, Turkey and most of Europe - has allowed Mari to fill sketchbooks with drawings which are later developed into paintings.
