Rhinoceros at The Geoffrey Whitworth Theatre
Overview
Rhinoceros' follows the inhabitants of a small French village who are transformed into rhinos. The play powerfully exposes the sudden conforming of otherwise ordinary people to a system that is horrifically dangerous and destructive. In doing so, it disturbingly forces people to question their own society, where they can obey rules they don't believe in, follow people they often dislike and accept rioting as normality.
