The Blackout at Barfly London

Merthyr Tydfil post-hardcore boys The Blackout formed in 2003 and quickly became part of the burgeoning South Wales rock scene. Playing alongside bands such as Lostprophets, Funeral For a Friend, Kids in Glass Houses and The Automatic, the band released their debut mini-album in 2006 to acclaim from the rock press. The band have gone on to become another success story of the Valleys rock scene, having signed to legendary punk label Epitaph and performed across the world.
