Beautifully complementing the Museum and its Enlightenment Gallery, this day features lectures and talks on the network of Grand Tourists, from Robert Adam to Goethe; Sir John Soane, an enlightened architect; Sir William Hamilton and the ethos of sharing knowledge. Relating to the course, and on display for this day only, there is a special viewing of original lithographs of Faust by Delacroix, admirer of Goethe and Byron.
