A Victorian Christmas at Kensington Palace

From to

Add a dash of royal glamour and history to the festive season with A Victorian Christmas at Kensington Palace.

The beautiful building has been stylishly dressed for the occasion, taking visitors back in time to the days of Queen Victoria. The long-lasting queen was born and brought up in Kensington Palace, and her former residence and its grounds will be transformed with decorations from the era.

Every weekend during December and every day from 27 December until 3 January, you can get into the festive spirit with Victorian-themed entertainment and activities, from seasonal music in the form of carol singing or discovering more about Victorian pantomime, theatre and music hall performances; to going on an eerie Christmas tour to learn more about spooky festive life in the palace. There will also be the chance to find out more about food of the day, with special talks.

With a wide range of activities to keep the young prince and princesses happily amused, this is the perfect family setting to enjoy the spirit of Christmas past.
