Midnight's Pumpkin at Battersea Arts Centre

Renowned theatre makers Kneehigh invite you to an evening of dancing, story-telling and celebration as they present Midnight’s Pumpkin, a seasonal show with a difference. Preparations are well underway for a Royal Ball as the Prince - Charming of course - is in search of a bride. But to find her he must get past a talking pumpkin, ugly sisters, a batch of severed toes, formation dancing and a particularly stringent midnight curfew. Kneehigh mischievously twists this classic fairy-tale into their home spun aesthetic, creating a playful and tongue in cheek show for everyone from six to one hundred and six. The audience are invited to get involved, by donning their dancing shoes and dressing to impress the Prince.
