Overview
Based upon Lewis Carroll’s famous stories Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and Through The Looking Glass, Ballet Theatre UK is proud to present its acclaimed production of this much loved childhood classic. Come with Alice as she follows the White Rabbit down the rabbit hole into an enchanted and wacky dream world full of strange characters and events. She takes tea with the eccentric Mad Hatter, teases Tweedledee and Tweedledum, meets the Cheshire Cat and stands up to the infamous Queen of Hearts. This production is an enchanting adventure beautifully told through the magic of dance, delighting audiences young and old. Featuring original choreography by Artistic Director, Christopher Moore and a spectacular score by Tchaikovsky, this full-length story ballet combines comic charm and virtuoso dancing with beautifully hand crafted costumes and sumptuous stage sets. You cannot help but leave the Theatre with a little bit of the Cheshire cat’s grin.
