London Docklands at War at Museum of London Docklands
Overview
London Docklands at War is a session to explore artefacts and first-hand accounts of children's wartime experiences. Pupils develop an understanding of why London's docks were targeted during the Blitz and how this affected the local community. In the self-directed gallery visit they can experience two air-raid shelters and explore the exhibits using the resource pack.
