Overview

Enjoy hands-on exploration of commodities that were once imported from around the world and stored in the docks' warehouses. An array of spices will be used and your pupils will be encouraged to use all their senses to discuss what they see, touch and smell. Each child will then be able to handle a beautiful ostrich feather and create their own feather pictures using chalk and charcoal to take back to school.
