Experimental Food Society Talk at Victoria and Albert Museum
Overview
A talk as part of the V&A Connects series titled ‘British Food Artistry’. The Experimental Food Society will take guests through some of the works of art unveiled at the Spectacular and the processes undertaken to create them, in addition to discussing what it means to be a British food artist today. Accompanied by video footage and photography, the tickets that are free of charge, include Experimental Food Society canapés and two complimentary glasses of wine.
