Gladstone Parkrun at Gladstone Park

The course is 5000m (5K) long. This has been accurately measured by us with a professional measuring wheel. The course is in Gladstone Park, London, and run on paved tracks with a small section on grass, although some sections of the course do accumulate mud, leaves and puddles after rain. Dependent on availability, marshals will be at key sections of the course, or temporary signs in place. The course begins with a 150 metre stretch along a grass playing field. Runners then merge right onto a paved path and cross a pedestrian railway bridge into the north section of the park. After completing two anti-clockwise laps of the north section of the park, the finish is back on the playing fields.
