Lloyd Parkrun at Lloyd Park
Overview
The course is 5000m (5K) long. This has been accurately measured by us with a professional measuring wheel. The course is in Lloyd park, Croydon, and run on woodland tracks, so some sections of the course will accumulate mud, leaves and puddles after rain. Dependent on availability, marshals will be at key sections of the course, or temporary signs in place. The course is two anti-clockwise laps of the Western half of Lloyd Park starting and finishing at the Lloyd Park Pavillion close to Lloyd Park tram stop. The course follows the perimeter of the Lloyd Park games fields and then the paths through the adjacent mixed parkland, past a Frisbee golf course and with a short climb to the highest point in the park before returning to the games fields to finish with a leg past the local Bowling Green and tennis courts.
